EXTRACT partners LOGOS RI, MATHEMA and BINARÉ participated in the renowned 2023 IEEE International Conference on Cyber Security and Resilience from 31st July to 2nd August 2023 in Venice, Italy. The conference brought together more than 200 attendees from around the globe to discuss the latest advancements in cybersecurity and resilience. Researchers, industrial players, innovation managers, security operators and government agencies joined together to exchange information on basic and applied research in cyber security, resilience and complex cyber physical systems security.
LOGOS RI served as a main sponsor of the event and BINARÉ participated as silver sponsor. These partners helped to raised awareness of the EXTRACT project during the workshop. The conference also counted with the support of important sponsors such as Thales, DARIAH and endorsements of numerous other institutions and organizations.

Partners LOGOSRI had a stand and virtual booth from where it communicated information about the EXTRACT project.
Dooa Almhaithawi from MATHEMA delivered a presentation based on the paper entitled “Multi-party Computation for Privacy and Security in Machine Learning: A Practical Review“, authored by Alessandro Bellini, Emanuele Bellini, Massimo Bertini, Doaa Almhaithawi, and Stefano Cuomo. The paper provides a comprehensive review of multi-party computation, focusing on its role in enhancing privacy and security in machine learning.
