The 28th Ada-Europe International Conference on Reliable Software Technologies (AEiC 2024) was held in Barcelona from 11-14 June 2024. The conference is the latest in a series of annual international conferences started in the early 80’s, under the auspices of Ada-Europe, the international organization that promotes knowledge and use of Ada and Reliable Software in general, into academic education and research, and industrial practice.
The conference serves as an important international forum for providers, practitioners and researchers in reliable software technologies. Two core days included special sessions from invited speakers and peer-reviewed academic papers, industrial presentations and work-in-progress talks and posters.
Barcelona Supercomputing Center coordinator, Dr Eduardo Quiñones, was invited to speak at the conference. He presented on “The Compute Continuum: An Efficient Use of Edge-to-Cloud Computing Resources” within the framework of the EXTRACT project. The talk was held on 12 June 2024.
