This session brings together three years of collective experience from the DataNexus cluster working on extreme data challenges. Four flagship projects from the cluster will showcase the value and impact of their technologies and solutions. Participants will discover how these projects have pushed the boundaries beyond the state of the art and will learn which components, platforms or datasets are being made available-including where to access them.
EXA4MIND, EXTRACT, Graph-Massivizer and NEARDATA will present real-world case studies demonstrating how next-generation workflows, AI integration, and high-performance data platforms are creating tangible impact across domains, from energy and manufacturing to smart cities and crisis management.
Participants will explore how these innovations strengthen Europe’s data value chain and pave the way for a resilient, interoperable data and AI ecosystem, leveraging the entire compute continuum. A lively panel discussion will invite the audience to debate how Europe can translate data analytics excellence into sustainable economic and societal value.
EXTRACT coordinator, Eduardo Quiñones will share final project results and highlight open key project technologies that allow for re-use and sustainability beyond the end of the project. EXTRACT will also count with a booth in the EBDVF exhibition hall, stop by and learn more!
